We were asked to help B&O Medicom optimise an existing user guide for ‘The Helping Hand’ – a device that helps remind the user to take pills.
In order to fully understand the product – and the needs it should meet – a series of usability test were performed.
The design and communication of the manual optimised the user interaction, making it more intuitive and simple.
